Expedition Oregon 2024 - America's Toughest Race

This event is part of the Adventure Racing World Series.  It has a prize purse (minimum $5000), as well as points toward a world ranking and invitation and free entry into the World Championships 2024 in Ecuador.  It is NOT recommended as a "first race", but it is possible as many teams have proved.  This is consistently one of the most demanding events on the world series circuit with real navigation, off trail travel, whitewater, technical terrain and wildly varying weather (althought less snow this year!). Less experienced teams will have many options to self select short course options at various points.  If you finish the full course - you'll become a LEGEND in the world of AR.  But even to toe the line and cross the finish line under your own power is legendary in our book.
