About the event

Back for the second year - this race will focus on technical fun!  Downhill singletrack riding, lots of class II+ whitewater, rock-climbing, scrambling and real route choice and navigation.  What could be better?  Constantly stunning views of the stunning Columbia River Gorge, one way “expedition style” point-to-point race, and a free entry to the USARA national championships - that’s what!

Affiliation: USARA regional championships

Disciplines with difficulty ratings:

MTB: 6/10

Trek: 7/10

Paddle: 6/10

Navigation: 7/10

Endurance: 8/10

Mandatory Gear: Standard, including ropes, packrafts/IK (although a guided raft category will be available), headlamps, etc.  Link here

Estimated time for winners: 15 hours (full course w PRO points), 9 hours short option

Course open: 18 hours

Team Formats: 1,2,3,4 person.  3 or 4 person co-ed is premiere category for USARA rankings

Prizes: Free entry to National Championships, Sponsor and cash prize TBD

Entry Fee PP: $185* (includes maps, swag, food, logistical support, transportation to start)
