We took one of our favorite products from New Zealand (the backcountry smoothie!) and made it better. Boasting over 600 calories and an optimum ratio of 70/15/15 (carbs/protein/MCT fats) this smoothie is choc full of all the simplicity and goodness you've come to expect from 4HF. Loaded with BCAAS, electrolytes, multiple carb sources and only good (cognitive enhancing) fats - this is the "meal" that can keep you going for a long time wether you are racing, climbing, or just out for a long fun day(s). Mocha and Latte have 150mg caffeine per serving, Dreamsicle is Caffeine free.
